Refund policy

Cult of Bees products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients and are intended for personal use. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.

Eligible Refunds & Replacements

We gladly offer replacements or refunds in the following situations:

Your order arrives damaged during shipping
You receive the incorrect item

If you experience one of the above, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with a clear photo of the issue. Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Returns

Unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending any return so we can assist with the process.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

Opened or used products
Items returned due to scent, texture, or personal preference
Orders damaged due to improper storage after delivery

Because Cult of Bees products are handcrafted in small studio batches and made to order, slight variations in texture, color, or aroma may naturally occur from season to season.
