Cult of Bees products are handcrafted in small batches, and many items are made to order. Because of this, processing times may vary slightly depending on studio workload, seasonal production, and temperature-sensitive shipping conditions.

Processing Times

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days.

During periods of higher demand, seasonal releases, or warmer weather, processing times may occasionally extend slightly. If a significant delay occurs, we’ll reach out directly.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using USPS or UPS, depending on size, destination, and availability.

Tracking information will be sent automatically once your order has been packaged and prepared for shipment.

Warm Weather & Natural Materials

Cult of Bees products are made with natural ingredients including butters, oils, waxes, and botanical materials that may soften, firm, or shift slightly during transit depending on seasonal temperatures.

Minor texture variation caused by heat or cold does not affect product quality or performance.

If your package arrives overly warm, allow products to rest at room temperature before opening.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) and include your order number along with any relevant photos.

We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue quickly.
