Sugar is more than sweetness. At its core, it’s sucrose — a crystalline union of glucose and fructose. We use La Perruche, a French heritage brand celebrated for its rough-cut amber cubes. These crystals carry a trace of molasses and a natural sparkle.
The Benefits
Sugar crystals provide gentle mechanical exfoliation, buffing away dry skin without harshness. The touch of molasses adds humectant qualities, helping lips hold onto moisture, and as the finer crystals dissolve, they leave behind a softened, polished surface on the lips.

Why We Love It
We don’t simply add sugar as an afterthought — we hand-grind each cube to achieve a spectrum of crystal sizes. This extra step gives French Kiss Lip Scrub its distinctive texture: some grains exfoliate, others dissolve into the butter-and-oil base to leave lips soft and nourished.
